We offer a 30-day return policy for all smartphones and accessories to ensure you are completely satisfied with your technology. Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and included components to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SkyTree account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Device

  Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and disable any 'Find My Device' or activation locks before packing the phone.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the device in its original box and use the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to send the package back to our center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
